Participant Guidelines
- Free registration for all the participants
- Each team is allowed a maximum of 4 members. Team size can range from 1 to 4 participants.
- The team name must be unique.
- For the selected teams mentor's presence is not mandatory. Mentor's may or may not be present during the duration of the event, and mentors are charged at a rate of Rs.200/- per day if they are present.
- Rs. 500/- Per Head will be charged from the participants which includes accomodation and food for the duration of the hackathon for the selected teams
- Teams are responsible for bringing any necessary hardware components required for implementing their ideas. Organizers will not be providing hardware components.
- Teams using hardware should submit(Final Submission) their submission during the presentation
- A team may comprise of students from multiple branches.
- Id card is mandatory for both Students and their respective mentors
PPT Guidelines
- Keep your presentation concise and focused.
- The number of slides should not exceed 4.
- Mention your unique team's name.
- Introduce your team members.
- Mention your mentor's name and role.
- Clearly state the theme or topic you've selected.
- Present your problem statement concisely.
- Highlight the significance of the problem.
- Elaborate on your solution.
- Use visuals, data, or diagrams to support your solution.
- Explain how your solution addresses the problem statement.
